No problem! Our app is designed for all levels, including complete beginners. We start with basic movements and gradually progress based on your abilities. Our expert coaches will guide you through proper form and technique from day one.
Don't worry! Sometimes life gets in the way, and that's totally fine. If you miss a workout, we will give it to you again the following week so there's really no pressure.
When you sign up, we will generate your first week of workouts - from here, every Sunday your workouts and feedback are reviewed and your next week of workouts are generated.
That's perfectly fine! We can create effective programs with just one session per week. While more frequent training typically yields faster results, one quality session per week can still help you get strongr.
If the weights or reps in a workout feel too difficult or too easy, you can edit them yourself as well as send a message at the end of your workout. This information will then be used when generating your next weeks workout. You can always contact us at anytime too hello@strongr.app
